Handmade folding knife from the Tuscan Maremma region. Made of Lohman D2 stainless steel and locally seasoned walnut handle. CRYO TREATMENT. Designed to be lightweight for pocket carry and have high cutting capacity: the thin blade facilitates cutting through tough vegetables. Central pin with hex screw allows for independent tension adjustment of the blade and possible disassembly of the knife.
